Conference registration is now open. Please read the registration information below in full before registering.

During the registration process you will also be asked if attending the Introductory/Intermediate Educational Sessions on Sunday which Track you wish to attend, so please ensure you have read this information and made a decision.

Registration fees

Registration fees are based on the date of receipt of payment (not the registration date). All prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

* Students/Recent graduates must provide ISPE (via email to acpe2017@expertevents.com.au), with:
1) Documentation of full-time status OR
2) Proof of recent graduation within three (3) years of the meeting date.

Conference registration fees include:

  • Attendance at all scientific sessions
  • Delegate satchel
  • Welcome reception ticket (1)
  • All morning and afternoon teas and lunches

Tickets to the conference dinner are not included in the registration fee and will be charged as an optional separate item.

Accommodation and travel expenses are additional to the registration fees. A limited number of rooms have been reserved on behalf of conference delegates at Oaks Woolloongabba, Hotel Chino, and Swiss-Belhotel until Monday, 25 September 2017. For detailed accommodation information please visit the accommodation page. To secure the attractive conference accommodation rates, bookings should be made online as part of the registration process.

Register online

When you register online, you will receive confirmation of your registration straight away via email including a tax invoice. If you do not receive this confirmation email please contact the conference secretariat on acpe2017@expertevents.com.au.

Payment of registration fees

All payments must be in Australian dollars. Payment may be made by:

Credit card – MasterCard or Visa. Note that payments will appear as Expert Events on your credit card statement.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) – banking details will be advised on your tax invoice. Please forward remittance advice to: acpe2017@expertevents.com.au.

Cancellations and refund policy

Cancellations must be advised in writing to the secretariat. Registration cancellations received by Friday 29 September 2017 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of A$110. Refunds for cancellations received after Friday 29 September 2017 will be at the discretion of the local host committee. Eligible refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the conference. Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the event provided the ACPE 2017 conference secretariat is advised in writing.
